PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

Information we collect

A) If you are a customer, information such as: proof of identity, proof of signature, proof of residential address, proof of occupation and business address, proof of Tax Registration Number (TIN), proof of Social Security Number, information on assets and financial status and in in some cases personal data of the representatives or legal representatives (as the case may be), has to be kept based on the contractual relationship and the existing legislation.

B) If you are not a customer, but you receive regular updates from us, then we keep information such as your email and possibly your name, surname and telephone number.

Purposes of Data Processing

We keep the contact details that you have given us in order to communicate with you and to inform you about matters that we are obliged by law or from our contractual relationship, as well as for the commercial promotion of products and services that we consider to be of interest to you.

Data Transfer to Third Parties

If you are a customer, your information may be passed on to third parties only for purposes as described by law or contract. In any other case, your details are not transmitted to third parties.

Rights

We inform you that you can exercise the right of information, access, correction and/or deletion, restriction of processing as well as the right of portability and/or objection at any time without any special justification, simply by sending an email to [email protected].

There is also an "unsubscribe" option available, which leads to your deletion from our contact list.

In case you exercise one of your rights mentioned above, we will take every possible measure to satisfy your request within a reasonable period and at the latest within (1) month from your submitted request, by informing you in writing of the completion of your request or the reasons that prevent the exercise of the relevant right, or the satisfaction of one or more of your above-mentioned rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In addition, if you believe that any of your rights or legal obligations of our Company regarding the protection of Personal Data have been violated, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority i.e., the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPA).
